Real Estate Sales Associate Pre-Licensing Course

The chapters were broken down and simple to where I didn’t feel overwhelmed.

The ability to retake unit test and the math formulas are helpful.

The aspect of the course that I consider to be a strength is the quizzes at the end of each lesson and I could do it at my own pace.

The course explained things thoroughly. I found a couple things that were confusing but my teacher, Don Widmayer was very helpful in explaining things to me.

the answers that you have to type in helps you remember and the second try you get if you get the first one wrong.

The layout of the course was well organized and I enjoyed how easy it was to follow with both of my supplemental textbooks. The questions during the units were helpful as a quick check. I also enjoyed taking the after unit quizzes to help me gauge my retention levels and understanding.

I feel confident I can pass the exam but I still have no idea what it is going to be like as a licensee in the real world. It would be neat to have something like a simulator where I could apply everything I have learned, start to finish, in a basic, theoretical residential home transaction. For example, “what do you do next”, “how would you approach this”, “what would you do in this situation” with answers a, b, c etc. and then move onto the next process until the “sale” is complete.

I think the material is very easy to understand

I think it can be more interactive. Most of the time plain lecture is really boring.
